Ghost tour set for Tavares: MyFoxORLANDO.com

Venture into the haunted, historical world of Tavares, Florida, with the Floating Ghosts Séance Tour of Downtown Tavares for a hair-raising tour into the haunted past of this historic city. Meet the restless spirits of Lake County, Florida, and experience eerie sights and sounds.

The walk starts just after sundown on Saturday nights. (Start times vary between 7pm and 9pm according to the season, so contact us for specific times.)

We start at the Railroad Station in front of Wooton Park and take a leisurely 90 minute stroll along the shadowy streets of downtown Tavares.

Listen to storytelling of the mysterious as you visit the haunted locations in the downtown area. Don’t be afraid to join us – we cover less than a mile and make stops as necessary.

We suggest you bring along cameras and/or smart phones to capture your experience into the unknown. However, video or audio recording is not permitted.

We end the tour in a Historic Building, where the final "seance" will be held.
